Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final on lingerie, toys, clearance, and discontinued items. Your safety and privacy are our top priorities, and we do not accept returns on these categories once they’ve been received.

Bath, beauty, and skincare items may be eligible for return if unopened, sealed, and within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return for eligible products, please contact us at info@pleasurology.ca within the time frame.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You may receive store credit or an exchange, depending on product availability.
